1. Returns Eligibility:
1.1. We accept returns for products and more within 15 Business days from the date of purchase.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
1.3. Perishable items such as fresh produce, dairy products, and frozen goods are not eligible for return.
2. Returns Process:
2.1. If you wish to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or +90 539 541 03 45 within the stipulated return period. Provide your order number, a brief description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2.2. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return authorization if your return is eligible.
2.3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with any accessories or documentation that came with it.
2.4. Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Refunds:
3.1. Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it for eligibility based on the conditions mentioned in section 1 above.
3.2. If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
3.3. Please allow 3-5 Business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. The exact processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
4. Damaged or Defective Items:
4.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 15 Business days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return or replacement, based on your preference.
4.2. To expedite the process, please provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
5. Exchanges:
5.1. We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, you can follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
6.1. In addition to perishable items, we’ll not accept any goods that’s damaged or used.
7. Additional Information:
7.1. Talpa Goods B.V. reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
7.2. Any shipping and handling charges incurred during the initial purchase are non-refundable.
